Japan IPO, M&A & Stock Alerts stores your Apple Push Notification (APNs) device token and your notification preferences on our server solely to deliver the push notifications you enable — new IPO, public offering, and tender-offer filings, listing and pricing alerts, and tender-offer withdrawals. If you enable ads, advertising identifiers may be processed via Google AdMob subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice; on the paid plan, ads are disabled.
Your watchlist, notification-reminder settings, and free-tier counters are stored only on your device. Watchlist reminders are delivered as local notifications scheduled on your device.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the App: Apple (push notification delivery) and, if you enable ads, Google AdMob.
