1. Service

Japan IPO, M&A & Stock Alerts ("the App") provides information about Japanese initial public offerings (IPOs), public offerings (POs), and tender offers (TOBs) for general informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation, and not a solicitation to buy or sell any security. US-buyability classifications, US reference comparables, and any premium/discount or financial figures are informational only and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete; the availability and terms of any transaction at any broker must be confirmed by you.

2. Subscription (Japan IPO Pro)

Japan IPO Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered as a monthly or annual plan that unlocks full company details, the PO and TOB calendars, push notifications, watchlist reminders, year archives, JPY→USD conversion, and ad-free use. The price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

Use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/…/stdeula.

3. Data & intellectual property

Data sources include EDINET (Financial Services Agency), JPX, and J-Quants. Some content may be subject to third-party copyright; JPX information is not provided for solicitation purposes. Content is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

4. Liability
